Upon leaving the port in Roatan, you'll be met by your guide and taken up to the zipline course in a 14-passenger air-conditioned minivan. Safety is the number one priority on this activity, and you'll be briefed by trained professionals on how to use the zipline equipment and how to move across the cables.

Then it's time for the adventure to begin! The course is approximately 1.8 miles (3 km) long and consists of 15 individual ziplines that connect to 16 platforms. Imagine the feeling of racing from platform to platform, with a bird's-eye view of Roatan's lush tropical rainforest.

You?ll have the option to try one of two zipline courses: the standard course or the extreme course.

Standard:
This course is perfect for first-time zipliners. Reaching heights of 145 feet (44 meters), you?ll travel through 1 mile (2 km) of lush jungle scenery. Your guide will be there to assist you as you take off and land on the different platforms.

Extreme:
This course is for the extreme adventure seeker. Reaching heights of 328 feet (99 meters), this zipline spans 2 miles (3 km). You?ll be able to see the island from the treetops of the jungle.

After private pickup from the Roatan cruise port, make your way to the trailhead to meet your guide and receive a walking stick. Follow the trail and listen as your guide points out beautiful native plants and wildlife, including medicinal bushes used by local islanders. Spot gorgeous tropical flowers, unique island birds and reptiles as you make your way up to Pobbleton's Peak.

When you reach the top, take in magnificent views of Mahogany Bay and long, picturesque stretches of the coastline. Enjoy complimentary snacks and refreshing coconut water before making your way back down the trail.

When you arrive at the Roatan cruise port, go back out to sea on this two-tank scuba-diving tour. With your guide, you?ll board a dive boat and head to the Roatan Marine Reserve to start your exciting scuba-diving shore excursion. Your group will choose from more than 5 amazing dive sites in the region, including wall dives, coral fields and ship wrecks (available sites depend on weather conditions).

Two of the most popular sites are Blue Channel and Texas. Blue Channel is a 29 foot (9 m) channel which runs parallel to the West End shore. See an array of incredible fish and reef life including grunts and barracuda. Texas, is an area known for it's wide open terrain and Texas-sized barrel sponges. Keep an eye out from free-swimming morays or larger groupers.
